The culture: People are friendly and cooperative Extra Facilities- Provide cab facility and 1 time meal Learning : If you are gamer and want to be a aprt of gaming industry, you will not feel anything like your learning has stopped Opportunities: If you are hard working and putting extra initiatives for the sake of company’s growth and yours as-well, your efforts will bot unnoticed. You will not grow after a level if you are doing just what is given to you not doing any extra and that is fine because you will get pay for what you do. No extra efforts = no extra money (sad for lazy people)

Salary : The salary is low as compared to the companies who are into small games but production houses Food - the quality of food is not good, it can be improved. But it’s a little complicated as arranging good quality food will need more cut from employee’s salary Nothing else

...s were amazing, helping, kind and kept the environment alive with jokes and fun. I think the salary is enough for freshers who want to start a career in the Gaming/Testing industry.

The only policy company has is that there is no company policy. The policy changes with time and situation.

Work environment is the bestest of all. Helpful Managers, leads , and colleagues as well. Fun loving environment and nice people to work with specially the managers and leads very understanding and helpful.

Only it’s far to travel to Gurgaon for Delhi people.

-It hires freshers alot. Smooth hiring & releasing process too. -Best company employees I've ever met. Kind, Tolerant, Helping, easy to get-going nature even to noobs. All the staff, management, seniors, juniors are like that. They help you out. -Promotion is strictly based on merit basis, which I respect alot! -Free Healthcare facility.

Dislikes

-Uneven distribution of workloads, which impacts our individual performance. If you have a team of 20 & a huge food plate, 7-8 of them will snatch & eat away everything. The rest will feed on leftovers. Gotta be more like first-benchers! Maybe that's corporate life, idk, maybe, can't blame it.
