BBAU being a Central University, situated in Lucknow, Capital of Uttar Pradesh, having very good campus and very good city life for self & family and having very good scope of learning for children in their education in the schools, colleges, Universities IIM, etc., situated in the heart of the city of Lucknow. I would like to join higher educational institutions, any where in India, after completion of my tenure of five years, which is ending on 22.11.2020

This place is good for graduation and postgraduation but research culture is not as developed as other central universities, funding issue is a major threat to its growth and a lot of internal politics that hamper the overall growth of the system.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
