It was the freaking terrible company I have ever worked for.

Dislikes

The HRs were having no knowledge at all, most of them especially the head of HR was always high on drugs, atleast 50 percent of my co-workers were high during work hours , there was no PF allocated to a batch of employees including me, it was the worst kind of work place.

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
