No job security anyone can be dismissed anytime salary not be on time no increment no June salary some of the senior teachers having a politics behaviour that's why some teacher are not suffered and continued

It's a great journey all peoples are great and have a positive attitude and I get a lot of knowledge and experiences in offline as well as online classes due to this pandemic...

Nothing, a worst management I have seen ever, their is no permanent principal, school is running through a prt lady teacher who don't know how to manage things, how to talk, even can't read an application, fooding and lodging is same as animals.

Worst Fooding, lodging, management, manager, don't know how to take decisions, don't know how to treat with teachers, politics in the school always remain on top, no facilities, no security of job, no professionalism, school is running through a prt lady teacher who don't know when and how to take decisions, politics is her main agenda, can't read one application properly etc etc

Likes

Good work experience and atmosphere. staff are coordinating in all time. Principal and management is very honest and transparent. Cafeteria,mess, hospitality,gaming arcade and security is very high. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give regular salary, increment, allowance and bonus.

Salary is decent and career growth is slow

There is not so much work load for the teachers

There is no job security and selary issue arises every month. they treat the teacher as you are labour or 4 class employee not a teacher . They are not paying single rupees this panedamic period of covid-19 to their employees
