Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is to inovation and latest servival comapny i love the fact that i am other job sector training example by e tendering , site marketing management , beter business comunication relationship and offical management training , salary package are beter but not company large if than not possible quickly salry inprovement, traveling and food facility are good , work enviroment are family relationshiping and good hard worker and tailentent staff.

Dislikes

compensation is decent only reason growth are slow and company trandantial work expierience is small i want to large scall work expierience job .
