colleages are supportive and work environment is good. though i didnt use to get my salary on time even after working for the whole day. present condition of employees is unknown to me. learning experience is okay. as atrainer there is not much scope for career growth. i have to leave that job because of limited growth and salary issue. so it was not a great experience for me.

it's an institution and I was a Trainee. Good Workspace, lots to learn. The teacher is highly knowledgeable and answers to most queries. all latest technologies related to automobiles.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
