Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It is a lala type company, no job security, they do not pay salary on time, no perks and no leave granted. They just exploiting employees.

Dislikes

Owner just want his benefit, they do not pay salary on time, deducting pf and esi both side of employee, no bonus, no leave no medical. They do not provide even standing factory rule and regulations than what to say about perks. If somebody asks for the any benefit, they sack him from job. Working here is worst.
