Absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

...ar. He thinks he’s a dictator and can exploit his employees however he sees fit. Will deduct salary of several days for taking one day off and fire employees without any sound reason, then defame them on social platforms with baseless accusations. Company should be shut down and the boss should be in jail.

nothing, if you have no other option and cant find any job. the you can join it for the meantime

Dislikes

Unethical work culture. Working on weekends No overtime compensation everything is informal. most task are communicated through whatsapp and there is no formal track. We are required to work on govt holidays
