Salary Time period is very good and no delays in salary.

Working culture is not upto the mark, without salary no any another benefits even after complete 2 years of working period not getting leave salary.

The company is fast growing with wide spectrum of business development and will give more employments to both expatriates and locals. The respect & trust you get from management and freedom to work in your style for getting better results.

Dislikes

The 2 year contract is a long period should be at least one year. Also yearly increment and yearly bonus required to boost the employees.

Very transparent management. Work condition, working hours, salary etc are explained at the time of interview. Very high job security. Top management is very supportive and open new ideas. Politics is not tolerated in the company and stringent actions are taken against persons playing politics. Company didn't reduce salary or laid off workers during Covid. All employees received their full salaries on time. Equal opportunities are given to go ahead to all. Top management follows open door policy any employee can go and talk to the top management which was impossible in all my previous workplace.

Some managers do not allow employees to talk to the top management. They try to play politics and they speak bad about top management because top management do not allow politics.

...e following. 5. No any holidays of any festivals , 12 Hour x365 days working. 6. Salary after 2 Months , but you have to send mail for that , if you forgot your salary will not come. 7. No respect of Seniors or juniors. 8. Sharing Room accommodation seniors and juniors all have to live in sharing accommodation in Factory premises very close to factory (lots of fumes in factory , no greenery) 9. 8 workers in one room , no AC No fans . 10.No medical facilities provided, you have to bear your expenses. They will give you fever / common cold medicines but If some thing other than happend you have to pay or they will deduct from your salary. In case of injury while working you have to pay. Company will not give any thing , you have to come India and all expenses will be yours. 11. You will not get any signed contract copy by B5 plus , only you have to sign and give. 12.Leave after 2 years , once contract is over ,if you want yo come before you have to pay 1.5 lacks to mangement.

Dislikes

No work culture, only dirty politics. To perform good and earn better compensation then just run behind boss and complain about each employee you will be promoted. Worst thing is that they are taking your passport in their custody so if you want it before 2 years contract you have to pay 1.20 Lacs INR. Working hours are minimum 12 hours and after that 1 hour for meeting.
