No I had a bad experiences as they asked me to leave the organization due to covid situations... in April month itself. though the business was good in our television... without any reason they asked me to leave the organization.... i am very professional.... and disappointed my the company’s such decision as there are so many other television companies no one has sacked anyone in our manager position -advertising sales profile.... I am shocked my company’s decision of Choosing me as my package was also less. They have removed across departments candidates the advertisers are huge and business is coming in with good revenues.

Dislikes

The culture, narrow minded people, getting too personal , interferes in personal life, sarcastic comments , ill treatment, unprofessional, no respect for girls, I denied zee offer and joined B4U television I have worked in bigger bigger companies didn’t had such bad experience in any organisation it’s my worSt experience as they spoiled my career in television industry... specially during covid situation.

Likes

It is a very good company to work for. The seniors are very good. The fight for their subordinates. The learning is very good here. one gets all the decision making powers for one's client.
