I was working past 4 years but didn't get any hike in my position and my salary.

Work culture is amazing, TL and Managers are so friendly, Best place for freshers, Salary on time, Infrastructure is quite awesome.

There is no rotational shifts, You need to awake all night everyday, There is no fixed timings if client insists on extending time means we need to work for 10 hours a day and OT will not be given.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

We can earn extra incentives using double IDs and We can say to our relatives I'm working on international BPO company 🤣

Politics, no gender equality, only 30 min break for dinner somedays can't even go for break,, no job security campaigns pauses so we have to stay home until it come back. Worst canteen only candies available in canteen, cabs available only for girls , as I said before gender equality no respect for boys 😑, totally waste i can write paragraph please think before you join

Good work environment and culture. Best place for freshers who want to develop their experience in local. US based company. They provide cab for women. Saturday Sunday off.

US based company so night shift only available.
