1.HOD (Krishna Kumar Srivastava)🤐 Communication Bahot poor hai company ke sath Ghar ka b kaam krna hota hai 2.G-shift aap ka office time hai 9:00 am to 6:00 pm but aapko 7.30,7.00 bje tak roka jaata hai ye bol ke GM sir bole hai.. what kind of logic is that 3.Aap leave par Bta ke jaate ho uske baad bhi aap se apologize application likhwaya jaata hai.. Mistake kisi or ka sunaya aapko jaata hai.. 4. Ek baar by mistake Company vehicle chhut gyi mujhe 4 din baitha diya gya 😑 8,10k ki pement me agr aapko 4din baithna pde to kya milega apko.. Mai Manta hu mai bahot parfect nhi hu bt aap to HOD ho bade ho aap aapko sabko leke chalna hota hai km se km communication 'in the sence' behaviour to thik Rakhte Aaj fruit plant me kaam kr rha hu vha se Duble sallery hai knowledge tha tbhi aaj yha hu "You have done more housekeeping than coal testing"bs usse jyada apne kuch sikhne diya nhi..Bolne ko to bahot hi kuch Hai bt thank you

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
