Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's not dislike but I personally feel I am getting a less pay than i deserve and as compare to work I do There is no saturday off, atleast in a month must be 2 saturday off. sunday is not enough for self or family interaction. (1) No Job Security (2) This is hire and fire Job. They will fire you without any intimation and pressurize you to sign clearance form 1 hour before working end of the day. (3) Start pulling your leg within few days of working. 6 months of probation period is mere a document for them. (4) One induction will be done and you will be loaded with lots of tasks with pressure.
