some people do politics so much, some people doing fraud with company accounts and use money for personal use and that's why most of the good & talented people leave the company. After so much of hard work they don't give you financial growth.

There is nothing to like about the company no positives at all pathetic management. Most of the postive reviews are fake

Worst company to work at the higher management dosen't know anything about digital marketing and how is it done, They don't know the basic difference between marketing & sales. They just want you to do sales irrespective of your qualifications & job discription. People are extremely rude and have no manners. They want creativity in everything but don't want things to change . Ac is not working since last 4 year's they don't eve fix it in such heat, people have fainted in the company yet the top management dosen't seem to care they hire & fire people every 2-3 months there is no job security seriously your resume will get spoilt if you come to this company. Owner nitin Jain is extremely rude dosen't know how to talk to his employees constantly looks down upon them. Money is deducted for every second you are late. Only join this company if you have no were else to go otherwise don't . They treat employees worst than labourers. No holidays are given even on government off days. Top management literally tries to blame you for everything, they make you feel like you don't know anything constantly demoralise you. There is no scope of improvement. They make you do all kinds of work sales, operations,billing etc etc. Please save yourself and don't join the company they also don't provide joining letter till 1-2 months of the employee is completed they test first & then if they don't like your performance they fire people immediately. People fall for the name of the company but it's like any other chindi kanjus company
