... the environment and culture. My teammates was supportive and was very helpful. But i was not satisfied with my salary and policies of the company.Increment is the biggest issue between employees in our company.

Dislikes

Very slow growth rate and low salary is the biggest issue. Policies changes day by day which is not in the favor of employees.Employees cant see its future in our company.

Likes

...No one will force you to work beyond that if you're working well (in their eyes.) If made to work from 9am-7pm, they'd give you compensation as well. Lighthearted environment, again, if you're doing your work diligently.

Dislikes

Absolutely zero job security. One mistake and you'll be told not to come from the very next day. Shady business practices. IT raids happening. Illegal work going on. They don't care about the quality, quantity is all they seek.

Likes

The company has a good work life balance. No employee are Forced to work beyond the working hours. Good work culture and professional environment.

Dislikes

Lack of coordination between various departments. Very frugal job security and low pay.

Company is very supportive ìn Covid-19 and are providing with every month salary.

Growth opportunity and culture of Company is not that much satisfactory also they provide very late salary to employees.

The owner of the Company is ambitious and hard working and actually he have valid points always inerms of results.

Dislikes

The heads of marketing department vimal and brand Manager aman think that they are in this company from last 10 to 15 years. They owns this company. They think no one is going to caught them for whatever they do. They don't work. They ask others to work but never approves anything and also always say ye to ho hi nhi payega ... itne sal hogye is company mei ...hme pta hai hum try kr chuke hai ... even aman applies in other companies and show other employee.. dekho muje to milegi mai chala jaunga... but then continues the same bitching. They show they work .... but they don't. Don't apply to this department until they are over there. You will waste your time.
