There is no employee satisfaction for the person who is Hard working. They are not provide any policies like CL, PL,PF and ESIC it means they not follow the government, rules and regulation but they deduct the PT when the employee salary is on above 10k.

I learned the excel work i.e vlookup, Pivot Table. salary is not on time specially when it is year end. as per your work they not give increment. the work pressure is high most of the time. there is no promotion or post because this is legal firm. when you take leave your salary will be deduct whether your old employee like working from 5-7 years also. their is no training but senior
