On my first here during 15 minutes of induction meeting the guy was literally telling us 50 different ways how an INDIAN can be terminated here. Mobile phone is not allowed inside for INDIANs. An American blue colored labour mason is boss to an Indian engineer and expect the guy to call him by adding Sir before his first name. Lunch time for INDIANS is 30 min for others it is 1 hr. It's very common to hear words like mother fking Indians by so unskilled american who don't even know who to write emails.

Working with BL Harbert International is like working with many nations together, there is a lot to learn.

There is no Job security, do not expect respect from US staff (Some was good). Long working hours, less salary growth, work environment was very serious and close.

Poor management in india There comparing the employee salary to lower category people who don’t have there engineering degree They need cheaper labour to work As per company policy there maintaining the working hours morning 7am to 6pm. But in this rating there didn’t mention correct timings here they mention 9am but it’s wrong information given through this web website.

Multi cultural environment. A lot to learn about NEC and OBO codes and working with standards.

... and leg pulling. Mostly TCNs and Americans weren't professional in their field. The most worst thing I faced the pay grades for the mostly local employees aren't very good.

The all working culture and the job security. Please don't join this company otherwise you will miss your personal life and job security. You don't know what's your last day in office between working hours.
