This company is very bad ...I worked there 10 months and after it they said please your working months close now December and now you can search new job koi extra payment nhi bina koi galti ke nikal diya or staff behaviour is also very bad ... nobody help me for get a new job although I belong to very poor family but this company is more poor than my financial condition I suggest not to work there ....jabtak kam hoga nikalwa lege fir nikal ke bahar fek denge ....bad words for this company

...or your not give as per expectation then behavior of management totally changed. HR or supervisors not pick the phone, salary hold for 5 to 6 months, settlement not happens single employees. Wrong communication given

The salary package in the company is very good. There is also incentive. I liked all this.

I have found one thing wrong in BL Agro, that if the target is not met, where does the company go to give a resolution, that if you do not meet the target, then you can see your other option by giving your resolution and in this, the target is not of the month but Daily target is given, if you don't complete it, then you give a design and while I complete my target every month, but I do not understand the day, sometimes the sale in the market is more, sometimes it is less. I do not like all this, so I want to see another option, it is said by the senior of our company that the company holds the salary and expenses if the target is not met.

There's a lot for freshers to learn about machinery and process in the plant.

...stem and a lot of politics involved in its culture. Job security is almost nill. Salary and career growth... Both are not up to the mark.
