Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I had served this company for 13 years and the good part was I had a fantastic team of doctors associated with the company ,who helped me grow as an Administrator,developing me in the technical sector also.The other positive factor was a good team of technical professionals who helped in the growth of the company.

Dislikes

The worst part of this company was the salary structure,no scope for growth in the competitive medical sector.The Trustee Operations did not believe in good marketing strategies.incentives for staff,facilities for patients and they were not willing to enter the competitive market to increase the business.Instead they wanted huge turnover with their old fashioned mindset.
