Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Overall I'll give 4 star, If you are a fresher and want to start your carier in teaching you may go there and can gather you exoerience, work culture is good , have very supportive collegues & best Headmistress who cares about her teacher,.

Dislikes

They give extremely low salary in which you will not able to take family responsibility and some times you have to do over time like 1.5 hrs not daily it depends.

Work Satisfaction is good but I reduce 1 star because they didn't give enough money for your work other than that fresher will gain lot of experience, working enviroment is also good. Teammates are supportive as well.

Dislikes

Nothing, politics are there in every work place here also but no too much. The thing I dislike most is salary structure, as I've mentioned earlier.
