God work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management diesnot adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Worst place to work, management people are egocentric. This company always struggling with less manpower and these reflects with lower level employees. All employees are working in under pressure with lots of torturing.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
