In a single word, it is nothing. Yes in lock down period Company gave us 15 days salary on april but it is adjusted by withdrawn the leave facility of 18 days in a year.

There are no future no devolopment no increment and no human resourcing policy. Just work as a labour and get salary. just give and take policy.

I am doing my job without any interference of others. I am satisfy on my own job due to perfection of my job and maintaining job schedule. I am a senior accountant and maintaining the accounting of Principal Company and every time I complete my schedule job in proper time.

Dislikes

There is no minimum humanity and behavior of top management is so rough. Policy of company is how to deduct the employee salary without any proper reason. Top management do not analyse the employees job performance nor appreciate for good job. There are no employee policies nor maintain govt employee act. As example our in time is 9-30 and there is no grace period. If in time is after 9-30 then it is count as late and if in time is after 9-45 then it is count as half day. Late in time is allow for 8 days and after 8 days every 3 days late deduct one day salary. Out time is 6-30 p.m i.e., total duty time is 9 hrs. As per Govt employee act, Saturday is half day but here is full day. Total leave facility is 18 days instead of minimum 31 days. If any employee resign from service, company hold their salary without any reason. At working time if any employee damage any goods in accidental cases, value of goods is being deduct from his salary. Company use plastic pot for tea for employees.
