Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

perfect place to chill out in work no work pressure or target oriented .

The culture is still of stone age and no ethics or sop is followed......some 60 yrs old people work there with sloppy attitude and low pace like tortoise.

B C SEN JEWELLERS is one of the best jewellery concern. I love to work there very much. There was very friendly working environment. all staff are very helpful including general manager, other managers, head of the computer department also. And all director's are also very helpful, fredly, they're respect all staff very much also. That's why I love to work with B C SEN JEWELLERS.
