Actually i m happy with all these things but i well request for giving the leave at important moment, when employer required leave plz give him and i have knowledge about MNC company every MNC Pharma company give a 2 day off in a week but why here give a only 1 day to employees.

Innovation of complete product portfolio, which is the biggest strength of this organization. Most good thing with this firm are continuous learning method and process implementation, with the help of these an employee can really grow in their career. Hierarchy levels are matured enough to understand the need and operational excellence in a better way and deliver to the root level through an excellent in-house communication method. The work-life balanced maintain well through an professional approach which is well backed by job nature.

The main concern with the organization is the low pay band for employees. need to work on employee benefits part too.

Very less salary compared to same industry standard. Promotions:- when you submit your resignation in order to retain you that time you will get promotions. Job security:- Any time they will force you to resign. Skill development:- No skill development program in HR policy itself. Highly inefficient HR dept. Work satisfaction:- You won’t get recognition for your achievements. Because Manager itself don’t know about the benefits or positive impact of your work. Company Culture:- Overall more of politics, more focused on respect from subordinates than business requirements. Rehiring policy is another one of the blunder in this company.

...NOT GIVEN YOU PF AND OTHER ANY FACILITIES MORE THAN 1 YEAR AS A TEMPORARY STAFF.LOT OF WORK AND ONLINE WORKING PRESSURE GIVEN OTHER THAN SALARY.SOOO BAD EXPERIENCE. BUT SALES DEPARTMENT QUITE GOOD.
