compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Here most of the employees are efficient and in-knowledgeable.

Staff welfare is there, Saturday and Sunday is weekly off, Work timing is flexible

THEIR ACCOUNTS MANAGER, MR. PRADIPTA DUTTA IS A VERY SHRUDE AND COMPLICATED PERSON, HE CAN DO ANYTHING (JUST ANYTHING) TO TERMINATE A GOOD EMPLOYEE AND PROMOTE HIS FAVOURITE PERSON. THEIR IS ALSO LOTS OF POLITICS BETWEEN SENIOR OFFICIALS LIKE GROUP CFO VS GM TAXATION. BUT I REPEAT BEWARE FROM MR. PRADIPTA DUTTA - ACCOUNTS MANAGER, HE IS VERY VERY COMPLICATED AND SHRUDE PERSON.
