Likes

The solidarity of OUR department- only ours. Outside the four walls of our office is a snake pit

Dislikes

CEO is a narcissist, self-absorbed, fake philanthropist. everything is performative and there's very little care for the employees. There's a clear divide and bias against the asian employees even though the highest authority is an Indian man himself. Very little room for growth, little to no opportunity for promotions or increments.

Worst place I've ever seen. Main thing is higher authority is headed by an illetrate in Indian team. Where he behaves very rude to the employees and there is no proper washroom as well (We don't have a proper place to dispose the sanitary pads). As there are only ladies staffs and no security at all. And the office building looks horrible surrounded by locals and local shops.

Their was work from home with day shift timing. TL and group members was supportive

Dislikes

Their was no insurance facility. Their was lots of work pressure, sometimes need to work on Sunday also but they didn't provide insensitive for over time. No annual salary increment. And their is no job security.

• Fired 100 employees overnight without notice • College like work culture with no freedom to speak up for your rights or else you get kicked out of official groups • When asked about pending salaries, they threatened to exclude people who were doing or asking for it

They hire only women. In every position women are there except marketing team.

Dislikes

There is no job security, for small mistake they will terminate the employees. It is a remote job so lots of communication gap. Team lead never reply on time because of your project get late and they will terminate the person.
