It is very nice to work with Azure power. In time salary and company culture. Good increments also.

There is no power to project Accountant and they are not provided full pledged work to accountant at projects. Very less carrier growth

Overall good because in the time of COVID-19 they didn't cut salary.Provide full salary on time. Work culture never depends on company it only depends on your boss/senior. Company policies are very good.

Nothing.There is ups and downs in all companies.Again I would say if your boss is good all things will be good.

Benefit, compensation, travel policy etc which is offered to the employee is best in the Industry also a person gets to learn a lot in the Organization. If the employee has the potential he/she can reach the higher position in the Organization in no time.

Training was the part where Azure lacked a bit.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Poor communication between managements, No work life balance, Required to work overtime on numerous occasions even on holidays.
