I loved the supportive nature of employee working in the foundation and conducive work culture . I experienced compassion and passion for the work people are doing in the foundation which is inspiring . The policy is employee friendly which provide supportive benefits to the employee. I must appreciate the contribution of the foundation to tackle the challenges in COVID- 19 by extending physical , material and emotional support to the mankind as well as to the employee including me .

... of personalised support which could be provided to me to avoid my resignation . As I have been suffering from cervical spondylolysis and E-coli so I was prescribed for complete bed rest for which I requested FOR leave without pay till I get cured which was not guaranteed . Therefore, I have had to resign. Additionally , I would like to raise concern on relocation allowance for new joinee. As per policy one will have to return the claimed relocation allowance in case he/she leave the foundation before 1 year of joining. But ,in my case I left foundation due to my illness when I had not got leave without pay . So on humanitarian ground foundation would have considered my grievance.

...city about the subject they provide us the opportunity to travel all over India. Salary is also good they will increase based on your performance. We can find little bit of politics at ground level among members and leaders but its not there when we see it centrally. Work environment is good. Sometimes it becomes terrible for us to balance work and our family due to heavy work but most of the time we can balance.

Compensation is good. Work pressure for the members is quite high and hard because we work with teachers mostly with voluntary based. Those like travel this is the best job for them but not for those who don't like. Sometimes we need to give our personal time when we conduct workshops. There is scope for sharing the new ideas and implementing the same.
