...reer growth. They always pull ur leg back if u try to grow. No company policies. No bonus. No job security. Don't expect any hike in ur CTC if you are new to this place

I feel there is no dislikes, some policies need to implement, management working on that

in 2018 it was a good working culture and team mates are very good supportive, and we learn to more skills and knowledge by team leads.

job security is very poor. Even if your resign your duties they stop the your financial settlements.
