I would not recommend anyone to work at Azent..It is a toxic workplace with no growth opportunity. You are not allowed to leave office if you do not achieve your target also there is mental harrasment.

No job security when they need the people they hired like fish market and they have hired ceo from the non background and he doesn't know how to work with international overseas and when he can't meet the desired target they started firing at the end they fired everyone they plays with the dream of the candidate in an year time the person would have chance to get promoted you are wfh but whenever they want they can ask you to work so worst decision to be the part of the organisation i curse myself that I was having other offers in hand why I choose this terrible organisation.

0 job security. Top management removes the employees without any concrete reason. If any department is getting centralised, it's The Organisation's responsibility to shift the employee into another department. But instead of that, they directly release the employee without any prior notice. HR management is terrible. They never ever answers to the employees concerns, instead they portray the employee in a wrong way.

There is nothing to like about the company. The company shows you the best pictures of there offices and fool you. actually the there office ambience is the trap.

- worst management - nobody at the senior management belongs to the industry(overseas education). They recruit people from insurance company at the position of Officer. - Azent makes you feel there dominance at the each stage - everybody will try to be your Boss - once you leave the company they will spoil your image by using there power of money
