Azadea company is good but salary not good must be pay salary minimum 300kd and no future no promotion I see more people stock keeper position more then 20 yrs but still stock keeper only growth and future only Arab and Kuwaiti Nationality no growth for other examples indian Bangladesh etc.

Salary Labour work No growth career Same postion only stock keeper No time management some time 12hrs duty some time 10hrs duty no overtime Duty time not good schedule coming every time some time morning closing night no time for self

good to work with Azadea group...i learnt so much from the company and my Manager and with co workers. its good for experience

there is no promotion in the store and no salary increase. if you work ten years same salary same position

Friendly team, best training given, job was 100 % secured, the company makes sure you grow, good salary was paid, travel benefits were good, no politics at all, got to learn a lot, work environment was fun and friendly

One of the worst companies in Dubai. They support racism. They only give promotions to Lebanese people as the company is from there! Zero work life balance! Managers don’t even let you use the washroom more than twice in a 9 hour shift. Too much favoritism at the company. From the top management to lower management- they’re all the same !! The company only has a good average rating bcos the managers threaten to take action against you and force their employees to write good reviews for them.

The management. Racist company culture. Zero work life balance. Will make you work until you give up on life
