Beautiful scenic place, good food, wonderful interacting with international guests, Exposure to different teachers, teaching styles, different TTCs, sadhana based and non commercial

Dislikes

Controlling and a bit inflexible when it comes to teaching schedules, there was a minor scandal when I was around and the team did not inform the guest teacher and I had to learn about it from the perpetrator who was honest enough to admit his mis-behaviour with a student and apologize sincerely. No early morning cab facilities, working on day offs, the head reveals the teachers personal information at a work place inspite of the teachers being asked to sign a contract where no personal information must be revealed about guests nor form a relationship with students who come for retreat or course. It should be two way I think. That personal information should not be divulged in the work place....or dining hall.
