1. My senior colleagues comes from various backgrounds which helps in understanding and evaluating other fields as well and also gives an opportunity to exchange ideas for proper management.
2. Few of junior staff is working tirelessly and on its own, and they assists me at time where historical insight is required.
1. There is regular conflict in the top-management which in place hampers regular work which in further hampers the staff, especially the group-leaders like me with multiple ambiguous reporting trends were not able to manage the affairs properly.
2. The recruitment here is completely based on personal preferences or family friends-n-relatives, hence senior folks like me have to spend hours to guide them in every step.
3. Regularly changing KRAs makes it improper to focus on one project and multiple projects got a start but didn't reach a final point.
