No job security. They won't go for lay off as they need to pay you for that. So they demotivate you by degrading your performance and they will ask you to leave. They offer you mind boggling benefits and ask you to abscond from the current company and at last you will lose all your career. Please check with other employees as well, all the employees have faced this just because of the HR head over there.

Healthy Work environment . Team is very supportive and kind-hearted. Company policies are excellent, fair to give salary and bonus.

...verything is good, but in year 2022 new joinees not sencer towards team growth,. They just join company for there salary purpose only.

Worst place, they are Cheats, don't pay salary. They don't have proper office. Totol fraud company.

My advice to my friends. There is a Lady by name Smita Mary calls herself from Talent aquisition of Ayu Health. She will offer fancy package. Their co founder Karan Gupta is a cheat. He will take the final interview. HR will offer you fancy package. Where in you will not receive it

These employers cheat employees by not making their full and final payment. At the time of joining, they explain one set of company policies, but later modify them according to their own convenience.

As it was a start company, we were all allowed to speak everyone for any issues or any reason.

Nothing to like in this company. After doing job for 11 months, I feel my skills have been reduced because of no use those skills from joining to exit.
