Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? The product is good but the price is too high and the management is very bad. This company makes the employees work for two or three months and does not pay their two months' expensé and last month's salary. This is a completely fraudulent management and the most fraud is by North Zone's ASM Mr. Manjeet and Himachal Pradesh's ASM Mr. Shashi Parmar is the biggest fraud Those who make the employees work but do not pay their salaries and expenses
