Being a new company, it's not that economically strong to pay salary each & every month. Also, the management is a wreck. there's no proper chain of authority to report to almost every time.

...any which is best for only experience people but not for highly educated people. Here 10 th fail are getting much more salary than a master degree

Working hours is very high, it's purely construction site job, there is no holiday no sunday off, each and every day is working day which is 8 am to 10 pm. Irregular salary payment system of delaying 4-6 months at end time of project

I am working during 1 year time period but I sence that very poor management and very bad experience in my life. I have resigned after 1 year. please find better job in other company no value of staff in this organisation.

No value of education. uneducated person are project manager but educated are not.Salary of one month paid after 3 or 4 month .

Salary delayed by 2 months, job does not have security. After complete any project you are not sure that you should get a call. Management behavior terrible

...give any support during Covid time. Most of the people working there got sacked. Others were allowed to sit at home with no salary.

Working there for the past 5 years. Very low salary hike and forget about being promoted. Feels like I simply wasted my 5 long years of my career at Ayoki Fabricon.
