MAJOR ISSUE'S: * NO SALARY GUARANTEE - They do not pay for competed work. * INVASION OF PRIVACY - Employees are forced to keep their video cameras on at all times. * UNAUTHORISED APPS - Their CRM software is not even on Google Play Store, yet they force employees to install unsafe applications. * NO SUPPORT - No official company verified number is provided, meaning employees must use personal numbers and get spammed. * TOXIC WORK CULTURE - They overburden employees, force work beyond office hours, and never take responsibility. * NO RELIEVING LETTER - They refuse to provide any exit documents, making it difficult to find future jobs. * DO NOT JOIN this company at any cost! It will ruin your mental peace, waste your time, and damage your career. Stay away and warn others!

...give Zero, I would!) This company is completely unprofessional and exploitative. They do not respect their employees, nor do they pay for the work that has already been completed. The CRM Portal they provide is faulty- it crashed both my phone and laptop. Their application is not approved on the Google Play Store, yet they force employees to install unauthorised apps, which is a major security risk. They do not offer an official company number, forcing employees to use their personal numbers, which leads to constant spam and harassment. Employees are forced to keep their video cameras on while working, completely disregarding personal privacy. They never provide a relieving letter, making it difficult for employers to transition to better opportunities. There are no benefits, no support, and absolutely no responsibility from the management. Instead, they pile on unnecessary pressure, expect you to work beyond office hours, and refuse to accept any mistakes on their part, always blaming employees instead. If you see any positive reviews, they are likely from their own relatives. Do not fall for this trap- this company is fake and will ruin your mental peace. Save your time and energy. Avoid at all cost's!

...mmunication is a worst company those who think to work here u r GNG to regret ..they don't clearly say things abt salary but when time comes u r already in a mess..if u don't give joining means no salary...u work day and night in this company and they don't give u shit...

This is very good company, I got everything here like salary on time, salary slip offer letter, experience letter, and I specially thanks to Ranvijay sir who has given me many changes to learn everything over here and thankyou everyone for supporting me all time, I really happy with this company.

worked there for the one month and they did not paid me salary .They are very unprofessional they make you work as slave and at the end the will not pay you .. fraud company i suggest you never work there everybody is fraud making people fool .

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a hunge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a alot of politics ahe the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.
