Nothing to like in Aye finance .the oy good thing you will get is salary on time .else your life will be i hell if you join is sq department .there are lot of politics .R&R is a a myth because the always play with data and give to only there favourite employees the benifits .the manager and the management never help you. Even they cheat in great place to work survey as you can't fill it by your own you have to fill it as per your manager . Cheap politics at it's peak .even women's are not safe working as the Hod and managers are always ready to take advantage of them .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

I don't have q negative comments I must say only positive things if you will experience then u have to decide what are the disadvantage in the company.

Management is very bad. No one is able to listen your voice. I have given 5 years and 6 months to the company but company didn't gave me 5 year Gold Coin gift i asked many time with my seniors and Hr but no one gave reply me. One of my colleague gave 5 years and 1 month to the company but his HOD gave him Gold coin gift even my colleague joined another company. His HOD called him and said come to branch and get your gift. But my HOD have no time to reply me on mail. Company Management did partiality with me. Also company didn't gave me my 2022 FA year PL encashment. I have sent lot's of mail and msgs to hr and my senior but no reply.

I have given 4 year in this company but this company not given me any salary high and given any permotion all over super viser is use very bed language or management support managers... from my side aye finance is very bed company in my all life I was worked.....
