1. main reason for people leaving this firm is the admin Parvez: very egoistic and bad person and made very strict rules which a normal human cant tolerate for longer time. Too much intervention in every thing which gets your work confidence low 2. work: only GST work is there that is only accounting and vouching and very less GSTR1 and GSTR3B filing. You will get bored after 22nd as you will have no work afterwards. 3. No outstation audit, internal audit statutory audit or anything 4. only 3 people does Tax audit which have full control of office, they 3 are the office politicians with high EGO especially MAAZ 5. No professional work environment, still remember we have to starve for water, very bad smell comes from water but admin says that alright not a big thing it is manageable
