Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

You can adopt much technologies in short time.

Dislikes

No one cares of the code standards and the project structure. The Managers and the TeamLeads doesnt have minimum basic knowledge of the technologies in which their team is working under. Directors never know any standards. Every day meetings, Every day tasks which changes on the next day after completing the tasks. And as-usual Internal politics. The team working style: instead of understanding the logic and solving it, they simply search in Google. best eg: OCPP, complete OCPP code was downloaded from Github, and uploaded it in the main server of TATA Projects.
