Leadership lacks empathy . They just run on numbers, deliverables and meetings. Funer ruings like support, help, understanding, empathy, mentorship etc are meaningless words here. I was pregnant and yet they decided to put me in PIP and remove. I kept asking them to move me out of project and account but they didn’t do on time and kept giving me bad feedback. I strongly suggest no one to join Axtria Amgen.

-Salary is hike is good as compared to industry - Good opportunity to learn new things in early career stages - No issues with leaves (depends on project basis)

-Poor WFO policies, complex time logging methods -Overall a hustle company burnout are often.

Nothing Poor company in terms of policies and work culture

Enforcing Work from office They don't want employee to live peacefully 3 days in a week, at least 6hr in office in a day, otherwise salary will be deducted. Waste the employee time for sake of policies and every month they bring new policy especially for work from office. Totally Dissatisfying

Salary is the only benefit which axtria provides the best.

...f you are dying, they all ask you to follow the policy and then die accordingly. Else they will deduct your salary marking you on "leave without pay".

Pays well but that’s the only plus point. Confused leadership, random policies and lack of transparency. Perks are next to nothing and insurance coverage is also not good.

Dislikes

Good work life balance and good pay. If you want to focus on yourself and don’t really care about company policies, leadership and perks, this is a good fit for you.
