Other than salary there is not any benefit. Canteen facility is also not available.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Good experience with engineering development. Provide on time salary. Health insurance for higher authorities only.

Dislikes

No much benifit other than salary. Poor increment. No financial growth. Location is out side city. No food or canteen facility at office, need to manage by your own self. Company only interest in hiring GETs with higher package, and doesn't provide growth to lower package employees, wether both need to work same way.

Overall it's a good company with potential individual as well as company growth. It gives stability as well as good culture.

Dislikes

The only drawback is lack of proper IT tools which should be available with any mid size company like Axtel.

Work culture is very good compared to other similar company. Talking about job security, yes I think it best that I am here now. Because not at all I have fear about that.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike here is due to less growth while comparing with my batch mates. Smart work doesn't make big impact here, you must have to hard work to get high growth... 😂😂😂
