Management not trust employee, no job security, paying salary also late, dirty politics, without proper reason they will remove employees. Multiple work allocation, not following corporate culture.

...n't think about the employee health situation and asks u to continue the work 3.salary being not paid in a particular date, they usually pay at 10th or 11th and in some cases it is 17th or 18th of the succeeding month.. 4.they won't pay their suppliers on the due dates and it will lead to some serious consequences at the office location and some suppliers tend to block the factory gate by putting a container infront of the gate. 5.the food is even worst (as they won't pay to the canteen contractor as well) 6.The most experienced staff in axora is around having experience of 3 or months, every month 10 to 15 employees were leaving the company due to the environment management has created and no single employee has the job security in AXORA Resources Ltd. 7.They won't pay their suppliers and they get the entire sale amount in advance from their customers. 8. they have an office in Bangalore but not sure how many of them has actually got the worth of their job. every time they call you and ask you about some simple work, which is clearly there they won't see all that they just call you and asks about it.

No Job security. They hire people to finish pendency and after thrown out without notice compensation and also deduct salary. If any employee resigns they hold his salary and never pay. Most of they ex-employees are waiting for their full and final.

Have to work like bounded labour. No facility. No system,

Management values who work sincerely. Appreciation. Encouragement to grow in all areas. Values for employee decision making. Listen employees' problems & support.

This company has the worst management. There is no Job Security, They will fire the employees without any reason. Salary is not paid. The work environment is very toxic. This is worst company I have ever worked for.
