Owners are really good and humble, global manager and internal management team spoiling the company ethics,

Wherever we work, we look for our managers and upper management team for direction & job details. But here nobody cares about work, job details, it keep on changing. All the top 6 managers try to impress GM. Because of this, frequently they changes there versions of words to there subordinates. Global manager(GM) is from Europe, still thinks like he is from the upper level. According to his words, our Indian bucket managers also dance. If he(GM) is changing his version/ doing wrong way also nobody has guts to ask/say NO, if you say NO/Questions, they will be out. His decisions are changing week on week , month on month, no proper system, No JD, What he says is the JD and rules. He doesn't need talented managers to improve company goals, but he just need buckets(even most of them are like only). He is utilizing company like anything and he became half Indian to enjoying his life. There is no job guarantee to anybody. Because of this all are licking his spits to survive there. There is no unity even. If anybody want to join, get feedback about Bangalore plant and then decide. There is no healthy coordination and competition between management team. I am X employee of Axon, In my 17 years of experience, this is the worst management, I ever see in my life.

This is the worst company which I ever worked in my 13 years experience. Totally I was there at Axon for just 1.2 years only and there is no respect for the Emotional Things. Mainly the Leadership is very very worst who doesn't understand the issues of Employees.

I gone for interview, one of the globel head conducted interview..he started ask questions like Mad kind ..why are you coming here? If you joined here what you will do? He should decide those things..but he is asking me..and finally i said Axon is tha globle company..i can explore my talent and i can learn new things like that..but his reply is very worst he said if you want to learn you can go to school why are you coming here like that..its a worst interview experience..very very bad
