Very Bad culture in TA team, they will terminate any time anyone, no work life balance, micro management, favouritism, no job security

TA team culture is bad, no hike, no recognition, only blaming and terminating work

They will pay more than your expectations in salary because they will bill to their American customer.

Dislikes

There is no job security. If their client close the business then they will stop you without any settlements and they will talk about their waste policies. You may lose a job within 6 months also... I have received one offer letter and mentioned that 5 days work in a week but after 2 months I received another offer letter and mentioned that 6 days work in a week. They will cheat like this. Please be careful. Currently I lost my job with Axiscades even my performance was 4.6 out of 5.

As they are handling more number of customers, there will be more opportunities to work on different projects if we skilled up for that.

They are more input from the employees but they are not ready to pay for it. No allowances for team building activities.

Better salary for freshers compared to most other companies of similar kind. Flexible work culture (depends on client) Good work atmosphere.

Politics Less increament Doing business only Not thinking about employees and there problems Be careful to read Offer letter, there is trap for employees. Working days in official Monday to Friday but they add Saturday also to work and not count it.
