No respect for the employees, no professionalism, everyone knows your salary- people most of the time speak about it this will spoil the culture among the employees. politics because there is onsite opportunity, you will strive here if you are happy about stealing others opportunity. no diversity among the higher management

office Timing and work environment is good. They supported during pandemic by providing basic salary for few 3 months and later terminated. Poor at skill recognition of individual employee.

lots of politics and no value for technical knowledge. discouraged the option of availing sabbaticals during COVID pandemic and directly terminated the employees from the job

Nothing is there which I like about the company

Wrost company I worked with No growth in terms of salary Work life balance is wrost Daily everyone work for 12hrs without any compensation Even for my full and final settlement they created problem No leaves no holiday Because of working in this company I have developed many health issues

As they are handling more number of customers, there will be more opportunities to work on different projects if we skilled up for that.

Dislikes

They are more input from the employees but they are not ready to pay for it. No allowances for team building activities.

Very Bad culture in TA team, they will terminate any time anyone, no work life balance, micro management, favouritism, no job security

TA team culture is bad, no hike, no recognition, only blaming and terminating work
