Not at all work satisfaction and nor growth in Axis Trusteeship services Limited.Only and only work pressure not at all acknowledge to employee nothing.Never recommend to any one for this company

Axis Trustee Services Limited has a very positive working environment. I don't feel like I am working by myself because I see everyone being very sincere at their job. I also sometimes watch the team smiling and laughing because of something funny going on. They make you feel more like a family instead of a trainee or employee. When someone is a new joinee, the team would address their doubts in a jiffy and would make sure they are comfortable. We also have informal events on last Friday of every month. Adding to it, the office location is in Dadar (heart of Mumbai), which makes commuting to other parts of the city quite easy.

Till now, I haven't come across any.

Likes

There is a lot to learn. Be it trustee services or audit or compliance or legal vetting and reviewing documents. Everyday there is something new that you can get to learn. The work is not monotonous and that is the positive point.

Dislikes

The work culture is not good. There is no appreciation at all. Even after working the entire day there would be some negative point that would be considered to target the employee. Also there is no proper training imparted as the work profile is quite challenging and requires continuous support from the team leaders. Merely forwarding emails without guidance and explanation is not going to work. Merely giving printouts without practical training doesn't suffice. There is a need to explain in detail the process of the work involved. There is one way expectation from the employee that he or she should give the desired results and perform at the same time. However there is not much support from the team leaders and also no training. They always expect that we as employees should ask questions but that does not work all the time. Also many a times havoc is created on account of some trivial issues.

Providing only printouts without practical training doesn't suffice. The candidate will never grow as the basic concepts itself are not made clear. Work is just never ending (this is all 365 days) and the to do list piles up due to excess load. Sometimes havoc is created by some team leaders on minor issues, eventhough it doesn't matter much.
