Poor management. No guidance for Freshers. Freshers are expected to be worked for 12 to 14 hours compulsory. No personal life. Just bound to work. No inner review before releasing for final machining. No one gonna help for new projects. If you are getting new project then you are on your own. If any fault occurs then it will be only and only yours. Terrible experience.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
