Very bad. It pressurise me for resign when I achieved an international trip and a big incentive. They didn't give me all this and pressurise se me for resign.

This company as a brand is good to work but as per internal bosses and internal perception of bosses could trouble you and here are no work recongnition wheather sales or operation. People actually beleive here in boss management only and a person can make his boss favor then he could be recognised. With 10 yr work in Axis Bank i feel i really wasted my 5 yr.
