Very good company for both personal and professional growth.Employee centric.Friendly environment.Colleagues and seniors are very much co-operative which is very helpful for a new joinee.I shared a great relation with them.A very much customer oriented company when it comes to service.

Working with the max life insurance is such a great experience . My team leaders are very supportive , salary package is not to too but its okay, i have learned too many things there but work life balance is not too good

The thing that i dislike in working in max life insurance that is we all employee work every sunday but not even a single employee get compensation for the working on sunday.

.... It provide us WFH facilities which feels me secured during this pandemic time. Also I got my salary on time without any deductions which is a great thing during this survival period.

This is a very good company and good work environment or culture. Company policy are better, company pay salary and bonus time to time. This time i want job max life insurance

Second Saturday and Sunday, third Saturday and Sundays are off. No other perks.

... from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. Hope my review will help future comers. thank you.
